N52 Neodymium Disc Magnet Dia 2x1/4" Rare Earth Disc Magnet

This N52 disc magnet measures Dia 2" and 1/4" thick and is made of a grade N52 neodymium alloy blend under ISO 9001 quality systems.  

Features:

  • Material: Sintered NdFeB. Grade N52
  • Residual Remance Br. : 14,400 Gauss or 1.44 Tesla
  • Pulling Force: 57 Lbs.
  • Pole Orientation: Axially magnetized, i.e. the poles are on the two flat surfaces
  • Coating: Ni+Cu+Ni 3 layer plated, the best coating available
  • Tolerance: All are +/-0.002" with coating
  • Applications: This disc magnet is a great for industrial applications and personal projects and are typically used to help keep objects secured, or therapeutic magnets

Warnings:             

  • All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly this disc magnet can last a lifetime
  • Keep away from pacemakers and children
  • If damaged please dispose of completely. Shards may be sharp and cut fingers

 

These N52 Disc Magnets measure 2"x1/4" thick and is made of a grade N52 neodymium, iron, and boron magnetic alloy blend. This magnetic blend is patent licensed and made under the ISO 9001 quality systems.

Our small Neodymium Disc magnets are used both in the high tech arena and at the opposite end of the spectrum by individual hobbyists, inventors & tinkerers.  These Disc magnets are neodymium strength grade 52.  These Disc magnets are  Coated in a Nickel, copper nickel layered plating for both protection of the magnet & it gives the magnet that nice shiny silver finish.  N52. Neodymium is actually an alloy consisting of the Neodymium magnetic material, iron & boron.

Warranty

This magnet includes a 10-year warranty for its magnetic strength, provided it is used under normal conditions. Usage in environments with elevated temperatures, significant vibration, or intense opposing magnetic fields will render this warranty null and void. It is also not suitable for use outdoors or in areas with high humidity or salt content, unless additional protective insulation measures are implemented.
