N52 Neodymium Magnet Dia 1.26 x 1/4" w/ #10 Countersunk Hole

This neodymium magnet measures 1.26" in diameter and 1/4" in thickness and features a #10 countersunk hole through the thickness. This disc magnet is made of a grade N52 neodymium magnet alloy blend under the ISO 9001 quality control systems. It  is plated in a nickel-copper-nickel coating for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. This neodymium magnet is perfect for use as magnetic fasteners in industry and home as holding magnet. 

  • Material: Sintered neodymium magnet. Grade N52 rare earth magnet
  • Remanence: 14,400 Gauss or .144 Tesla
  • Holding Power: 34 Lbs.
  • Pole Orientation: Axially magnetized, the N and S poles are on the flat surfaces
  • Coating: Ni+Cu+Ni 3 layer plated, the best coating available 
  • Tolerance: All +/ 0.002" with coating.
  • Working Temperature: Maximum Working temperature of this N52 Countersunk Neodymium Disc Magnet is 176 F (80 C).

  • All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly, this disc neodymium magnet can last a lifetime

They also have many uses in engineering and manufacturing where compact size and maximum strength are required.

Warranty

This magnet includes a 10-year warranty for its magnetic strength, provided it is used under normal conditions. Usage in environments with elevated temperatures, significant vibration, or intense opposing magnetic fields will render this warranty null and void. It is also not suitable for use outdoors or in areas with high humidity or salt content, unless additional protective insulation measures are implemented.

    This is the neodymium disc magnet I Used for the tool holder on a 3 foot piece of ply in my shop. Nice ! Tools always at hand. Great Magnets .
