Disk magnets
These are REALLY STRONG! I mean, I can put one on each side of my and and they STILL STICK. Wow. They also arrived exceptionally well packaged, and the magnets themselves were packed with little spacers between to make separating a little easier.

Disc Magnets
Plenty strong for holding a stack of papers or a 12 month thick 'closed' calendar (with just one magnet wrapped in duct tape as shown) firmly against the fridge!
