    I used this with a diametrically magnetized 1/2" x 1" cylinder magnetized to fish a cabe in a wall between insulation.. worked awesome!! Just gadda make sure you don't get this too close to anything large and metal. Accidently stuck it to a metal table. It scared to crap out of me for one because it jumped out of my hand, and it was crazy loud too. But it does work awesome! Might try and prank someone with it at some point...
