Block Magnet 2x1/2x1/4" with Countersunk Hole Neodymium Magnet

This powerful neodymium magnet measures 2" in length, 1/2" in width, and 1/4" in thickness and has 2 countersunk holes for #6 flat head screws. The distance between the two holes is one inch.

This block magnet is made of a grade N42 neodymium, iron, and boron magnetic alloy blend. This neodymium magnet is patent licensed and made under the ISO 9001 quality control systems. It is plated in a nickel-copper-nickel triple layer coating for a shiny corrosion resistant finish. This block magnet is great for holding purposes with the applications range from industrial applications to personal projects.

  • Remanence : 13,200 Gauss or 1.32 Tesla
  • Pulling Force: 25 Lbs.
  • Pole Orientation: Magnetized through the thickness, i.e. the N and S poles are on the 2" x 1/2"surfaces
  • Coating: Ni+Cu+Ni 3 layer coating, the best coating available
  • Tolerance: All are +/-0.002" with coating.

Warnings:             

  • All magnets may chip and shatter, but if used correctly this block magnet can last a lifetime
  • Keep away from pacemakers and children
  • If damaged please dispose of completely. Shards are still magnetized and if swallowed can inflict serious damage if magnets join inside the digestive tract.

Warranty

This magnet includes a 10-year warranty for its magnetic strength, provided it is used under normal conditions. Usage in environments with elevated temperatures, significant vibration, or intense opposing magnetic fields will render this warranty null and void. It is also not suitable for use outdoors or in areas with high humidity or salt content, unless additional protective insulation measures are implemented.

    So far it is stuck in the mail. Shipped on Dec 2nd . This is not the sellers fault near as I can tell but I don't have it US mail , called them and they said they could not help , after an hour on hold .
