Q: Hello, I was wondering how easy it is to chip these magnets. I bought some 5/16 inch spheres from another seller and they all chipped within a week. However, the 1 inch sphere I bought from you recently is still in perfect condition, although I have taken care of them all equally. Your stuff seems to be of higher quality. ... ... A: Dear Steven, There are tons of manufacturers in China and some are good but most are so-so. We only represent licensed manufacturers which are ISO certified. We also require all our products to be coated to industrial standard.
Most China manufacturers and USA dealers just smuggle those unlicensed products.I am not sure if yours are licensed or not. But obviously their coating is not good. ... ...
Also, we keep updating our prices to be the lowest in the USA market. If you can find a better price than ours, let me know and I will give you a discout on top of their prices.
