Disc magnets Neodymium 1/2 < Diameter <= 1"
Neodymium Disc Magnets 1/2 < Diameter <= 1"
- Disc magnet - a magnet that is shaped in the form of a disc. A round or circular magnet whose thickness is less than its diameter, that attracts iron & produces a magnetic field. The magnetic poles are usually through the thickness (axially) but a disc magnet may be diametrically (around the rim) magnetized as well. Neodymium disc magnets are the strongest permanent disc magnets produced.
- These neodymium disc magnets are used for holding magnets, magnetic separations, reed switches, electric motors, magnetic bearings & magnetic therapy.
- Over 140 powerful magnets are available in this category. The powerful disc magnets have diameters from 1/2“ to 1" inclusive.
- These strong Neodymium discs are available in grades N35, N42, N45, N50 and N52. Residual Magnetic Flux Density is from 13,500 up to 14,400 Gauss or 1.35 to 1.44 Tesla. Our mid-sized disc magnets have pulling forces range from 1.9 lbs to 50 LBS. All manufacturing tolerances are +/- .002” on all dimensions. Maximum Operating Temperatures vary by Grade (see individual magnet products)
