15 LB Holding Power Ceramic Cup Magnet 1.4" Magnetic Round Base RB36 (RB36)
This listing includes one piece of RB36 ceramic cup Magnet. This cup magnet has a holding power of 15 lbs. It is made under ISO 9001 quality systems and of the top quality ceramic magnet.
This cup magnet is made of ceramic ring magnet and a chrome plated steel cup. The ceramic ring magnet is bonded inside of the cup with adhesive. This arrangement greatly increases the holding power of the magnet and at the same time provides the protection to the magnet so it becomes much more durable.
The holding power of this magnetic assembly is about 15 LBS with a direct contact with the steel. The outer diameter of the magnet is 1.42" (36mm). The mounting hole in the center is 0.18" (4.5mm) which allows a #8 screw pass through. The total thickness of the assembly is 0.24" (6mm).
The applications of this cup magnet include magnetic holding, lifting, antenna Mounting, positioning, retrieving and much more.
The magnetic round base is also known as magnetic cup holders or cup assembly.
This round base cup magnet consists of a grade 8 ceramic magnet, one of the strongest ceramic magnet grades available. This super strong magnet is seated in a chrome plated steel cup that completes a magnetic circuit so that the holding force is triple that of an identical magnet outside of a steel cap. The steel cup also provides protection to the magnet, making it more durable.

The outer diameter of the magnet 1.42" with a 0.18" center hole for a #8.
