RETURNS WHEN ORDERED WRONG ITEMS

You can always return your purchase within 14 days after you receive the shipment. After 14 days and before 31 days, a 15% restocking fee applies. We will not take any returns after the orders have been delivered longer than 30 days.

To get the full refund of your purchase, the returned items have to be in the original, undamaged condition with sufficient packaging to prevent damage during shipment. It's very important to pack them the same way as we do since the magnets may attract to the shipping truck and get lost or damaged.

It is strongly recommended to use UPS or Fedex as the shipping method and claim enough insurance. CMS is not responsible for any shipping damages or losses happened during the transportation when they are shipped back.

After we receive the returns we will check the product conditions and make the refund accordingly.

 

RETURNS WHEN RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS

Please contact us immediately when you received a wrong item. We will send you a new package with the right products you have purchased and a return lable so you can ship the wrong items back to us.

In case you want to cancel the order, we will send you the return label so you can send the package back to us. After you mail the package, please inform us so we can fully refund you.

Please help to pack the items the same way as we do since the magnets may attract to the shipping truck and get lost.

 

HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN REQUEST

1.) If you made the purchase with an account, please login to your account and click the link Completed Orders on the left of the screen, and then click the button Return Item(s) in the center of the screen. Choose the reason of the return and click the button SUBMIT RETURN REQUEST.

2.) If you made the purchase anonymously, please email or call us to make the return request.
