TALON10's speed regulation system features our passive Variable Pitch Technology(TM) which provides a reliable and productive solution for speed control. Variable Pitch Technology allows the blade pitch to be adjusted adaptively by itself so the RPM is kept within its working range to maximize the output power. The competitive systems simply stop running since they lack this self adaptive capability at high wind.

Reliable and Smart Speed Regulation: The speed regulation is always the number one design concern of the wind turbine systems, since wind speeds vary from 0 mph up to 110 mph. It's difficult for a designer to find the balance between the safety of operation and fair output. Since most systems sacrifice output in favor of safety, many end up with rated wind speeds of 26-29mph and with kick-in speeds up to 15mph. But in most areas, the average wind speed is below 15mph, so these generators will not produce enough energy for you even when they spin very hard.
