• WIND TURBINE GENERATOR - Include tail. Our efficient generators are built using high-performance rare earth neodymium permanent magnets, so the alternator is compact and light weight. Our generator housing is precision-cast aluminum built to withstand severe climates, sand and salt corrosion. Light and durable, the way you want your maintenance-free system.
• 3 MOLDED LIGHT WEIGHT BLADES FULLY BALANCED - these blades are aerodynamically optimized and injection molded with the latest thermoplastic technology. They are whisper quiet and vibration-free. The HUB and nose cone are included.
• SOLAR/WIND HYBRID CHARGE CONTROLLER - This controller performs the 3 roles: AC-to-DC rectifier, battery charge controller and load controller for both the wind and/or solar power.
• LOAD BANK BOX - This is a separate box contains the dump load to act as the outlet of the excessive energy in the high wind situations. This new design separated the controller and the load so the heat from the load will not cause over heat in the circuit board so to increase the reliability and the life span of the system.
• BOLT-ON COLLAR - This allows your generator to be easily attached to a 2 1/4" pole without any welding.

Warranty:

Professional installation is recommended. If this turbine is self-installed, photographic evidence of proper installation and wiring is required in order for the warranty to be valid.

All warranties begin from the delivery date, not the date of installation.

Warranty Fulfillment A&C Green Energy agrees to be the liaison between the manufacturer of the products sold and the Buyer. We will work with the factory to decide if the parts are indeed defective. This process may take up to 3 - 4 weeks. The Buyer will be responsible for shipping any defective product to A&C. A&C will be responsible for shipping the warranty replacement to the Buyer. If it is determined that the item returned was damaged due to a non-warranted condition, Buyer will be responsible for any cost of repair and return shipping.

ExclusionsThe following will void the warranty:
• Any use other than as intended by the manufacturer, including installation on a boat.
• Failure or damage caused by improper installation or setup, unusual use or failure to follow installation guide.
• Failure or damage caused by turbine freewheeling.
• Failure or damage caused by lightning.
• Failure or damage caused by improper wiring of batteries or failure to wire to batteries.
• Failure or damage caused by wind speeds over the maximum survival wind speed.
• Failure or damage caused by failure to follow state or local regulations.
• Blade failure or damage caused by contact with other objects.
• Installation outside the United States or Canada.

Customer must provide detailed proof and information we request to support the claim. If information we request is not submitted to us, we cannot start the warranty claim.
